1. Slide Quality:
The slides we prepare for you will be of excellent workmanship quality and will be free of defects. In the event of a slide being prepared by us that has poor workmanship or defects, we will replace the slide promptly and rush deliver it to you at no additional cost.
2. Service:
Our tissue processing, staining & slide preparation will be completed within an average of 24-48 hours of our lab receiving the specimens.
3. Competitive Pricing :
Our slide preparation service fees will be fair & competitive with other full size independent laboratories offering nationwide slide preparation services. If you find an independent laboratory that has pricing below ours we will attempt to match or beat their price .
